Why we chose her:
Kate is an attorney dedicated to helping women and children who come from abusive homes by advising them on where to even begin in the process of divorce, while making sure they are in a safe space. Her services are FREE at the Center for Hope & Safety, in New Jersey.

We are a not-for-profit agency founded in 1976. We strongly believe that every person has the right to be safe, empowered, and free from violence and the fear of violence.
Kate Miller, in-house attorney at a women’s shelter, helps us understand domestic violence & abuse and how to get help.
The legal side of domestic abuse, emotional abuse and all abuse is important. Knowing your rights as a victim of abuse is critical to your safety.
